Horrifying experience! The apartment was a mess and the management team didn't care to help! Absolutely disgusting **Update** I just saw the reply from "the owner", let it be know that I have called and emailed since last week. I even left a Voice-mail and never got a response. So I don't believe they care much.
Z is best place to live due to easy access of buses to college and grocery stores are near to Z. Staff is very helpful and informative. Z leasing office is helpful in case of any maintenance issues. We can issues resolved pretty fast. I feel its a best place to live compared to other communities.
Hot water wasn't working, made a mantainence request through the resident portal app. The next day 2 workers came, checked the issue, and fixed it within 2 hours.
The other time my dishwasher was leaking but it took them 2 weeks to come and take a look and fix it.
It's a hit or miss for the maintenance.
Apartment is pretty clean and no safety issues for the most part. Great accessibility to the campus bus.

Swimming pool needs to be cleaned more often.
This community has wonderful staff and maintenance workers. All of them work together to ensure you are always comfortable. Property is well maintained. The apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there!
Living here for 2 years. I would have given a better review for past management. After this management took over there has been nothing right here. My apartment has damage in the wall from repairs done when the pipe bursts in the walls during the February winter storms. I have been emailing continuously to repair those holes, but I hardly get any reply from the management. These holes are causing a lot of insects to get into my bedroom. Also, they are increasing the humidity in the apartment which may lead to mold formation. Several of surfaces in my room are showing signs of humid layer formation. On top of that, the other issue remains, like broken window glasses of almost all windows, and community gates never closing. Update: They charged me for the molded carpet, etc after moving out.
Honestly, it's like there's no one working here. I tried calling to lease with them, and was greeted by some AI. Very impersonal, and I tried contacting a worker. Some guy named Joe texted me, I said what I needed, and there was literally no reply. It's a shame. I was interested in this place too. There's much warmer options in town
I've never had a problem here! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Wonderful staff service. I have great experience with Mr. Tucker on guiding me to nearest grocery store or to bus top. The flat was tidy and damage-free when I moved in. The management is always eager to assist and responds quickly! Definitely suggest Z Islander!
Still no response from management about the bogus last bill after my daughter moved out. I posted about this a few weeks ago and nobody has reached out. Instead, they try to bury my negative review with fake five star reviews. ***DON’T BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS! *** If there are legitimate good reviews from current residents, ask them what they think about this place after they move out and get unwarranted charges on their account!! This is the worst apartment experience I have ever encountered with any of my children. **FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT TO RENT!** I don’t want this happening to anyone else. Management - if you are reading this, which I am sure you are - I am happy to pay what is RIGHTFULLY owed on my account. I tried multiple times to contact you over several weeks to pay the $34.24 balance, but you seem more interested in collecting $792.97 of bogus charges instead of doing the right thing. If you have a change of heart and want what is owed to you in the amount of $34.24, please contact me and I will happily pay. Thank you!
